Buying AI credits

When the day's free requests run out, buy credits with Paystack. They are added at once and never expire.

Credits pay for AI requests once your free requests for the day are used. One credit is one request; a report takes five.

Before you start

You need the permission to approve payments or to manage billing. Other officers can use the assistant but are told to ask someone who can buy.

On the web, go to AI AssistantBuy credits. In the app, open Manage, AI assistant, then Buy credits.

Choose a pack. The price per credit and the smallest purchase are shown on the screen.

Pay on the Paystack page. The credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Credits are added once per payment, even if confirmation arrives twice. A failed or abandoned payment adds nothing, and credits never expire.

Free requests are always used first. Your purchases are listed on the same screen.
