Add-ons

Optional extras you can add to your plan. They run to your renewal date and renew with your plan.

Association adminsWeb

An add-on gives your association something extra on top of its plan, such as a module or room for more members. SocietyLedger decides which add-ons exist and which plans can use them.

Before you start

You need the edit settings permission, and an active paid subscription. Add-ons can't be bought during a free trial or after a subscription has ended.

Add an add-on

Go to SubscriptionAdd-ons.
Select the add-ons you want. The page shows each price for your billing interval.
Review the total. You pay only for the days left until your plan renews, so adding one late in your period costs less. For example, an add-on with 15 of 30 days left costs about half of its monthly price.
Select Pay and complete the payment with Paystack.

What happens next

Once the payment is confirmed, the add-on works straight away and runs until your plan's renewal date. At renewal it renews together with your plan, at its full price for the new period, in the same payment.

To stop an add-on renewing, open Subscription and select Do not renew next to it. It keeps working until its end date. Add-ons are not refunded, and they end if your subscription ends.
