Cash collections
Take cash from members at meetings, pay it into the bank, and have a second officer check it.
At many meetings, members pay in cash — dues, levies, savings, welfare, donations, even a loan repayment — and an officer takes the money and pays it into the bank later. Cash collections keeps that whole trail: who paid what, who is holding the money, when it was banked, and who checked it.
Cash is one more way to pay, not a replacement. Members can still pay by card or bank transfer, even at the same meeting.
