Cooperatives

Your cooperative pages (members)

The dashboard, transactions, cashbook, pending payments and bank accounts for a member of a cooperative.

If your association's plan includes the Cooperatives module, your menu has a cooperative section: Cooperative Dashboard, Savings, Transactions, Loans and Cooperative Bank Accounts. On the phone it is under Money.

Cooperative Dashboard

One tile for every savings type and loan category your cooperative offers, each with its balance in full (₦5,000.00) and the last thing that moved. Because the officers create the types, a new type appears on its own. Hide covers the amounts; Refresh reloads them.

The Contribution table shows, for each month, what you paid for that month against what was expected. Each month shows one of: Paid (the expected amount or more), Part paid (something, but less than expected), Defaulted (the month is over and nothing was paid), or Due (this month or later, not paid yet). A month with a part payment is never marked Defaulted, so you can see at a glance how much of it is still owed.

My Transactions

Four views: Overview (everything since you joined), Loans, Contributions and Shares. The last three follow the dates you choose. Excel (web) or the export button (phone) saves what you see.

My Cashbook

Your statement in bookkeeping form: shares, savings, loans and loan interest, each with debit, credit and balance. Loan interest is shown the way a loan book does: the whole interest of a loan is charged on the day it is paid out, each repayment marks part of it paid, and what is left is Interest still to pay. A date range starts from your true opening balance, not from zero. Print PDF (web) saves it from your browser; on the phone, PDF makes the statement to share or save, and Spreadsheet gives you the same figures to open in a spreadsheet app.

My Pending Payments

Every payment you have declared, savings or loan repayment, with its status. A rejected one says why. Select View proof to open the receipt you uploaded.

Cooperative Bank Accounts

Where to send your payments, with a Copy button for the account number. Only active accounts are shown.
